• Day 1: Arrival & Welcome to the Cultural Heart

  Touchdown in paradise. Our driver will greet you at Bali’s international airport and whisk you away to your tranquil resort in Ubud. Check-in, unwind, and let the jungle breezes settle you in.

• Day 2 – 4: The Ubud Chronicles (Free & Easy)

  Three full days to immerse yourself in central Bali. Use your 1-Day Included Full-Day Transport here to visit sacred temples and waterfalls, or simply spend your days wandering local art markets and wellness retreats. Your consultant is just a text away to arrange cooking classes, rafting, or spa bookings.

• Day 5: Heading to the Tropical Tropics of Gili Trawangan

  Check out from Ubud as we transfer you to the harbor for a scenic fast boat ride to Gili Trawangan. Check into your hotel and enjoy a world with no motorized vehicles—only bicycles and horse carts (cidomo).

• Day 6: Island Paradise (Free & Easy)

  A full day to experience the best of Gili Trawangan. You can go snorkeling with sea turtles, cycle around the island, catch the famous sunset swings, or dive into the island's vibrant nightlife.

• Day 7: From Island Wilds to Southern Sands

  Enjoy a slow morning on the beach before taking the afternoon fast boat back to mainland Bali. Our team will meet you at the harbor and transfer you straight to your hotel in Southern Bali.

• Day 8 – 9: Sun, Surf, and Southern Charm (Free & Easy)

Important Notes

• Pricing Basis: Rates are calculated per person based on double occupancy.

• Peak Season: Prices listed do not include surcharges for High Season and Peak Season periods (e.g., July–August, Christmas, and New Year holidays).

• Odd-Numbered Groups: For groups traveling with an odd number of participants, a comfortable Extra Bed setup will be seamlessly integrated into the package and room configuration.

Seasonal Surcharges

• Surcharges apply during High Season (July–August) and Peak Season (15 December–15 January).

• Rates vary due to dynamic pricing; please contact us immediately upon selection for a verified quote.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Down Payment (Deposit): To secure your booking and guarantee your holiday package, a 20% non-refundable down payment of the total tour package price is required as a commitment fee.

• Room Allocation & Security: Upon receiving your 20% down payment, we will immediately process and secure the room blocks at your selected hotels in Ubud, Gili Trawangan, and Southern Bali areas to ensure availability for your stay.

• Hotel Cancellation Rules: Because your 20% deposit is directly used to hold and guarantee your rooms with our accommodation partners, the cancellation policy for this package strictly follows the specific terms and conditions of the hotels you have chosen. Any refunds, penalties, or modifications regarding the deposit will be subject to the individual hotel’s policy at the time of cancellation.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 80% balance of the package tour must be fully settled according to the deadline specified in your invoice or prior to your arrival date, depending on the high/peak season regulations of the selected accommodations.

General Cancellation Fees:

• 7+ Days Notice: No cancellation fee (except the non-refundable deposit/hotel policy rules).

• 3 to 6 Days Notice: 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Within 2 Days or No-Show: 50% cancellation fee applies.
