Booking Multy day, Full day, Half day Tour Program, Activity Ticket, Transport & Driver Hire Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bali Sutha Tour Service, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring our tour operations run smoothly. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellation Fees:

  • 7+ days notice: Full Refund (No cancellation fee).

  • 3 – 6 days notice: 80% Refund (20% cancellation fee applies).

  • Within 2 days or No-Show: 50% Refund (50% cancellation fee applies).

2. Refund Terms:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1 – 2 weeks, depending on your bank's internal policies.

  • Required Info: Please provide your bank account details (Bank Name, Account Holder, and Account Number) to initiate the process.

  • Tracking: You will receive a Verification Code to track the status of your refund.

Inclusions: The cancellation fee applies to the total booking amount, which covers all inclusions (transportation, guides, and pre-booked tickets) specified in your itinerary.


2. Refund Procedure

We aim to make the refund process as transparent as possible:

  • Bank Information: To process your refund, please submit your bank identity details (Bank Name, Account Holder Name, and Account Number).

  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically issued within 1 to 2 weeks. Please be aware that the actual arrival of funds depends on the regulations of your specific banking institution.

  • Refund Tracking: Upon processing, you will be issued a Transaction Verification Code. You can use this code to monitor the status of your refund.

Important: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or check-in location on time will be classified as a "No-Show," and the total booking amount will be forfeited.

Inclusions

This policy applies to the entire package price, including all inclusions such as room rates, specialized tours, transport, and any pre-paid activities bundled within your Holiday Package.
