Package Itinerary

• Day 1: Welcome to the Island of the Gods

  Arrive at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. Your private driver will be waiting to give you a warm family welcome and transfer you straight to your resort in Ubud. Check-in, unwind, and breathe in the fresh jungle air.

• Day 2 – 4: Cultural Exploration in Ubud

  Three full days of pure freedom. Wander through artisan villages, visit sacred water temples, try a jungle swing, or relax at a local spa. Your 24/7 consultant is on standby to recommend the best local spots or arrange a private driver for day trips whenever you feel like exploring.

• Day 5: Ubud to the Paradise of Gili Islands

  Check out from Ubud. Today, you head towards the pristine Gili Islands (your travel consultant can easily help you coordinate the best speedboat options!). Arrive and check into your island resort, where paradise officially begins.

Important Notes

• Pricing Structure: Rates are calculated and quoted per person.

• Seasonal Surcharges: Prices do not include High Season and Peak Season surcharges (applicable during peak summer months, school holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period).

• Odd-Numbered Group Bookings: For groups traveling with an odd number of participants, a comfortable extra bed will be automatically provided to ensure everyone stays together comfortably.

Booking Policy

• Down Payment (Deposit): To secure your booking and guarantee your holiday package, a 20% non-refundable down payment of the total tour package price is required as a commitment fee.

• Room Allocation & Security: Upon receiving your 20% down payment, we will immediately process and secure the room blocks at your selected hotels in both the Ubud and Southern Bali areas to ensure availability for your stay.

• Hotel Cancellation Rules: Because your 20% deposit is directly used to hold and guarantee your rooms with our accommodation partners, the cancellation policy for this package strictly follows the specific terms and conditions of the hotels you have chosen. Any refunds, penalties, or modifications regarding the deposit will be subject to the individual hotel’s policy at the time of cancellation.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 80% balance of the package tour must be fully settled according to the deadline specified in your invoice or prior to your arrival date, depending on the high/peak season regulations of the selected accommodations.

Cancellation Policy:

• 7+ Days Notice: No cancellation fee.

• 3 to 6 Days Notice: 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Within 2 Days or No-Show: 50% cancellation fee applies.
