• Swimwear & Change of Clothes: Essential for river tubing, watersports, and purification rituals.

• Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

• Modest Clothing: A sarong or scarf to cover shoulders/legs when entering temples (though these are often available for rent on-site).

Good to Know:

• Eco-Friendly Travel: We encourage the use of reusable water bottles to help keep Bali beautiful and plastic-free.

• Currency: While many places accept cards, carrying some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is recommended for small local purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Bali Sutha Tour Service has a detailed and specific cancellation policy that is important for customers to be aware of:

• No Fee: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

• 10% Fee: If you cancel between 6 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, a 20 percent cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount. 

• 50% Fee: If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, or if you do not show up at the designated meeting point on time, a 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged based on the total booking amount.
