Price Adjustments & Booking Notes:
Odd Number Participant (NB): For bookings with an odd number of guests (3, 5, 7, etc.), the odd-numbered participant will share a room provided with a comfortable Extra Bed.
Booking Status: Availability is subject to manual verification. We will check the room inventory once you have selected your preferred option.
Secure Your Block: A 20% deposit of the total hotel cost is required to officially block the rooms.
Final Confirmation: Our team will follow up with a formal confirmation and final itinerary once the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, as we commit to our local partners, hotels, and guides to ensure your "Feel Like Home" experience, the following cancellation terms apply:
1. Deposit Non-Refundable
The 20% deposit required to block the hotel rooms is non-refundable. This deposit is used to secure your reservation with our hotel partners and cover administrative costs.
2. Cancellation Timeline
More than 30 days before arrival: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour will only forfeit the 20% deposit. Any additional payments made will be refunded (minus bank/transfer fees).
15 to 30 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price will apply.
Less than 14 days before arrival or No-Show: Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date, or failure to arrive (no-show), are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
3. Rescheduling Option
We value your flexibility. If you need to change your dates, we allow one-time rescheduling (subject to hotel availability) if requested at least 21 days before the original arrival date. Seasonal price differences for hotels may apply.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions that make the tour impossible to operate, Balisutha Tour Service will work with you to provide a credit note for future travel or a partial refund depending on the recovery of costs from our third-party vendors.
