• Day 5: Island Hopping to Nusa Penida

  Check out from Ubud as we transfer you to the harbor for a speed boat ride to the dramatic island of Nusa Penida. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day witnessing the jaw-dropping coastal vistas, like Kelingking Beach or Broken Beach.

• Day 6: From Island Wilds to Southern Sands

• Pricing Basis: Rates are calculated per person based on double occupancy.

• Peak Season: Prices listed do not include surcharges for High Season and Peak Season periods (e.g., July–August, Christmas, and New Year holidays).

• Odd-Numbered Groups: For groups traveling with an odd number of participants, a comfortable Extra Bed setup will be seamlessly integrated into the package and room configuration.

• Surcharges apply during High Season (July–August) and Peak Season (15 Dec–15 Jan) Rates.

Booking Policy

• Down Payment (Deposit): To secure your booking and guarantee your holiday package, a 20% non-refundable down payment of the total tour package price is required as a commitment fee.

• Room Allocation & Security: Upon receiving your 20% down payment, we will immediately process and secure the room blocks at your selected hotels in both the Ubud and Southern Bali areas to ensure availability for your stay.

• Hotel Cancellation Rules: Because your 20% deposit is directly used to hold and guarantee your rooms with our accommodation partners, the cancellation policy for this package strictly follows the specific terms and conditions of the hotels you have chosen. Any refunds, penalties, or modifications regarding the deposit will be subject to the individual hotel’s policy at the time of cancellation.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 80% balance of the package tour must be fully settled according to the deadline specified in your invoice or prior to your arrival date, depending on the high/peak season regulations of the selected accommodations.

Cancellation Policy:

• 7+ Days Notice: No cancellation fee.

• 3 to 6 Days Notice: 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Within 2 Days or No-Show: 50% cancellation fee applies.
